Thinking of selling?

What would your home sell for? Ask a broker, not an algorithm.

Online estimates can't see Montana sale prices, because Montana doesn't publish them. Send me your address, and within one business day I'll reply personally with three numbers:

  1. What it would likely sell for today, from recent sales near you
  2. The price that sells it in the first 30 days, when buyer attention is highest
  3. What usually happens if you list 5% higher: the extra days on market and the price cuts that follow

Just a reply from me. No obligation.

How we calculate these numbers. Closed sales from the Montana Regional MLS for properties with a Missoula, Kalispell, Whitefish, Polson, Lolo, Florence, Frenchtown or Clinton address, summarized by Bannack Real Estate Group. All figures are medians. Outside Missoula, towns and property types with fewer than 300 sales a year show the last 12 months instead of one month, compared with the 12 months before. Sale-to-list compares the sale price with the original list price. Months of supply compares homes for sale now with the average monthly sales over the past year. Land figures cover the last 12 months because monthly land sales are few. Updated 2026-10-26.
