My story
I grew up in the business.
My dad owned a real estate office and was a developer and builder, so I learned real estate from the ground up. Today I help people buy and sell homes across Western Montana, and I've done some land development and investing of my own. That hands-on experience with zoning, utilities and building costs is something I bring to every client.
Knowing what sells, and what to build
I’ve built new homes myself and consulted on developments across Western Montana, through COVID, recessions and everything in between. I’ve sold new homes and lots in subdivisions like Aspen Grove, Ninebark and Cattail, Pamin Loop and Stonefly in Clinton, Charleston Street, Summerfield and Riata Road. Builders, investors and homeowners come to me to know what the market will pay before they commit.
Negotiation
Deals get complicated. I pride myself on solving the problem and keeping a deal together when it might otherwise fall apart.
My sellers get more of their asking price
Across 23 years and more than 700 listings, my sellers have averaged 98% of their list price. The MLS average over the same period is 95.5%. On a $500,000 home, that difference is about $12,500 back in the seller’s pocket.
